 CHEF JAMES HONAKER
3-TIME JAMES BEARD AWARD NOMINEE

Chef James attended the New York Restaurant School (CIA) and Le Notre in Paris. He worked at Le Bernardin in New York, and Gerard's Brasserie in San Francisco, before opening Walkers Grill with his brother Bill Honaker in Billings in 1992. In 1998, Chef James opened Bistro Enzo on Billings' west end, combining casual European ambiance with a great mix of New American, French, Asian and Italian cuisine.
